DDG revealed during a recent livestream that he has blocked fellow influencer Wendy Ortiz across all social media platforms, pointing to ongoing tension and what he described as “repeated disrespect” in their friendship.
“It might have been childish, maybe a little sassy,” DDG admitted candidly, “but I blocked her. I’m cool. I’m straight.”
According to DDG, the decision wasn’t made lightly. He said he’d tried multiple times to keep things positive between them, but felt Ortiz had been distant and unwilling to communicate clearly.
“You ain’t finna hold me. That’s the 10th time she didn’t hold me,” he said, adding that her behavior left him feeling disrespected. “She been acting weird.”
Still, despite the seemingly harsh move, DDG made it clear there’s no beef behind the block.
“It’s no hard,” he said. “I just wanted to move on,” emphasizing that the choice was about protecting his peace, not creating drama. He says he will not be doing any more moves, including streams with Ortiz and in the future, and believes there may be some “feelings involved” on her part.
