WATCH THE VIDEO HERE DDG’s mother has broken her silence after Halle Bailey was granted a temporary restraining order against him, accusing him of abuse. “I don’t usually comment or say anything on this internet even with all the negativity, the lies and hatred towards mine. However these accusations have made me realize that I have been quiet [too] long,” Tonya Granberry wrote. A court-issued restraining order mandates that DDG must remain at least 100 yards away from Bailey at all times, following a violent incident that allegedly took place in October 2024 and ultimately resulted in the end of their relationship. According to legal documents, the confrontation reportedly began as a dispute regarding visitation arrangements for their child, but quickly escalated into physical violence. DDG is accused of forcefully pulling Bailey’s hair during the altercation and, in a particularly aggressive act, allegedly slamming her face into the steering wheel of a vehicle. His actions allegedly caused visible injuries, including bruising and a chipped tooth.
