Aide to the Delta State Governor, Ossai Ovie Success, has accused the organisers of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) of rigging the show after Dede emerged as runner-up in the just-concluded season 10 of the reality TV show.
Naijaonpoint reports that Ossai, in a post via 𝕏, claimed that Dede was robbed because the show organisers did not want another Delta State contestant to win after Kellyrae, who is also from Delta, won the previous season.
According to him, Dede deserved to be crowned the winner and not second position because she made viewers proud.
Ossai further threatened legal action against the show organisers, adding that voting was rigged.
He wrote, “Dede was r0bbèd by BBNaija organisers because Delta Boy Kellyrae won last year’s season, so they don’t want another Delta to win this year’s edition.
“She deserves to win the Big Brother Naija show this season, not just a second position.
“She is supposed to be the winner, not because she is a Delta girl but because she made everyone who watched the show proud.
“I will be suing Big Brother Niaja on behalf of Dede because the voting was rigged.
“I am disappointed in #BBNS10 #bbnaijaseaon10 #BBNaija
“For now, I will be consoling myself with Delta Chef Nnagbogu Ifeyinwa Reetaz Kitchen @chef_reeta, who will be cooking longest Bole at the Bole feast holding in Asaba, October 26, while I work towards hosting Dede in Asaba”.
