Deion Sanders is opening up about his personal life in a way fans rarely hear. The Colorado football coach and Pro Football Hall of Famer spoke openly about his relationship with actress Karrueche Tran during a recent episode of his show, We Got Time Today.
Sanders praised Tran for being a steady presence during a demanding year, calling her “a good woman” who has brought peace into his life. “She’s been there when I needed her most,” he shared, adding that her support helped him stay grounded through health challenges and pressure on the field.

Earlier in the summer, when he dodged questions about Tran. When asked about her on a podcast in July, Sanders joked, “We got a bad connection. I can’t hear you,” and changed the subject.
Speculation about their relationship grew after Tran was seen at Sanders’ hospital bedside while he recovered from surgery following a bladder cancer diagnosis. Sanders later announced he was cancer-free, calling the period a turning point in his outlook.
Tran has also hinted at a serious mindset when it comes to dating. On a previous podcast appearance, she said, “I know what I want,” while keeping details private.
Sanders recently said this offseason feels different, noting that his focus now is on health, growth and stability both on and off the field.
