WATCH THE VIDEO HERE In a new lawsuit, Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of drugging and molesting an aspiring male singer and rapper back in 2015. John Doe is being represented by attorney Tony Buzbee, who says that he was 23 when the alleged assault occurred. Doe says he was slated to perform at a series of Los Angeles nightclubs, including QC’s 20/20, as an opener for a popular artist and that he was told that Diddy would be in attendance and he would have an opportunity to be signed to Bad Boy Records. He claims that at an afterparty, one of Diddy’s associates handed him a drink and that his drink was drugged. At the party, he says he saw others engaging in group sex and that the attendees “appeared either drugged, unconscious, or as if they were paid escorts.” He fell out of consciousness, and when he awoke, he says he alleges he found Diddy groping him and that the music mogul performed oral s*x on him. After trying to fight him off, Diddy threatened to blackball him from the industry and then forced him to have intercourse with a female escort. After pretending to need a drink of water and to use the bathroom, he says he was able to escape. Diddy’s attorneys issued a statement denying the allegations. “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
