Doe claims that as his body went limp, he was led into a separate room by someone from the party. His memory reportedly fades after that point — until he briefly regained consciousness to find himself being s*xually assaulted by an unidentified person.
The lawsuit does not accuse Diddy himself of being the direct assailant, but it does allege that the attack occurred at Diddy’s party, under an environment that the mogul oversaw and allegedly encouraged.
Doe said he later regained full consciousness and noticed blood coming from his rectum, prompting him to visit a medical clinic to get tested for infections. At first, the results came back negative — but months later, a retest confirmed his worst fears: he had contracted HIV.

The plaintiff says the diagnosis devastated him and that he continues to experience severe emotional, physical, and psychological trauma from the incident. His lawsuit includes claims of sxual assault, sxual battery, negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. He’s now seeking unspecified financial damages.
