Sean “Diddy” Combs should be celebrating his small win after he checked into Fort Dix prison to begin his 50-month sentence, as requested by his legal team.

Weeks back, Diddy’s attorneys requested that the disgraced music mogul be housed at Fort Dix “in order to address drug abuse issues and to maximize family visitation and rehabilitative efforts.”

Diddy’s scheduled release date is May 8, 2028.

During his sentencing hearing, Diddy apologized to his victims.

“My actions were disgusting, shameful and sick. I was sick from the drugs. I was out of control. I needed help, and I didn’t get the help,” he said at the time.

“I lost all of my businesses and lost my career and destroyed my reputation, and most of all, I lost my self-respect,” he continued. “I have been humbled and broken to my core. I hate myself right now. I’ve been stripped down to nothing.”

The rapper’s attorneys recently filed an intent of appeal notice, and is hoping to have his case thrown out. He has also reached out to President Donald Trump for a possible pardon.
