A lawsuit accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs, comedian Druski, and NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. of sexual assault at a 2018 party has been dismissed by a federal judge in California.
The case was brought in October 2024 by a woman named Ashley Parham, who alleged she was assaulted at a gathering in Orinda, Calif. On Wednesday, the judge tossed the lawsuit after ruling that none of the defendants were ever properly served legal papers and that Parham failed to secure new representation after her attorney withdrew.
According to court records, Parham’s lawyer, Ariel Mitchell, stepped away from the case in September. The judge noted that Parham missed multiple deadlines, including those related to requesting extensions, finding replacement counsel, or formally stating her intention to move forward without an attorney.
All three defendants had forcefully denied the allegations from the start. Beckham Jr. questioned whether he had ever been in the area at the time. Druski publicly pushed back by sharing financial records to argue he was not yet famous or financially established in 2018. Combs, who has faced several other lawsuits in recent years, also rejected the claims.
Following the dismissal, Druski reacted with relief while criticizing the lawsuit.
“It was only a matter of time before this frivolous lawsuit against me was dismissed,” he said in a statement via TMZ. He added, “I pray for the real victims of assault. We can’t allow these clout-chasing antics to deter true survivors from coming forward and speaking out against their abusers in the future.”
