Sean “Diddy” Combs is reportedly hiding out in his jail cell in order to avoid being hit with more sexual assault lawsuits.
Since November 2023, Diddy has been hit with more than 30 civil lawsuits alleging sexual assault and rape…and he’s not trying to add another case to the pile.
The law firm belonging to Tony Buzbee, an attorney representing several Diddy accusers, says his refusal to leave his jail is nothing but a strategy.

Buzbee’s associate says the disgraced mogul’s refusal to leave his cell to accept service obstructs the lawsuits’ progress.
The attorney is now asking judges to RESCHEDULE the January 10 court conferences and move them to February, as both sides have already worked out how they want these cases to play out behind the scenes. The lawyers have allegedly come to an agreement on the game plan, but they’re still stalling for time.
Buzbee is also the attorney representing Jane Doe, who alleged that when she was just 13 years old, she was sexually assaulted by Diddy and Jay-Z…both men deny the incident ever took place.
