Brendan Paul, the alleged drug mule for Sean “Diddy” Combs, has had all of the charges filed against him dismissed.

“Mr. Paul’s case was formally dismissed today – in its entirety,” Paul’s attorney, Brian Bieber, confirmed to PEOPLE.

Paul was arrested back in March after allegedly being found with drugs in his backpack aboard Diddy’s private plane. He entered a plea deal in May after being arrested for cocaine and marijuana possession.

As part of his deal, prosecutors allowed him to enter into the diversion program. If he completed the program, prosecutors agreed to drop all of the charges against him. His attorney has confirmed he has completed the program.

Prosecutors allege that between 2008 and the present, Diddy abused, threatened, and coerced women and others, and led a racketeering conspiracy that engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice, among other crimes.”

Diddy claims he is an innocent man. His trial begins in May 2025.
