WATCH THE VIDEO HERE SINGER Ahmedu Obiabo, also known as Blackface, has written an open letter to his former bandmate in Plantashun Boiz, Innocent Idibia, better known as 2Baba, and his estranged wife, Annie Macaulay, amid their divorce saga.
The 51-year-old songwriter shared the letter on his X account on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, in which he appealed to both parties to remain civil despite their struggles.
“I wish you both well, Mr. and Mrs. Idibia. I am reaching out to remind you to show decorum and be civil during whatever proceedings you may be experiencing.
“As role models, we should always set a good example for this generation to emulate and make the older generations proud.
“Let’s work to keep the family together, as every relationship has its ups and downs.
“I pray that God gives you both the strength to get through this.”
2Baba and Annie got married in May 2012 and have two daughters, Isabella and Olivia.
