DJ Akademiks has responded to TDE rapper Ab-Soul after he mentioned him in a recent track.
Ab-Soul took aim at several people in a leaked untitled track reference, mainly Joey Bada$$.

Since Drake’s beef with Kendrick Lamar, Akademiks has repeatedly disrespected rappers from the West Coast, specifically TDE artists and affiliates.
“If you ever raise a hand on me, it’ll be your last day on earth. You’ll join Nipsey, King Von, and Pac… all of y’all gonna be having a good time. I hate you p—y a– rappers,” Ak ranted on livestream.

On X, he wrote. “Sounds amazing. Just remind that n—a they won’t throw a funeral for him like Nipsey. Keep rapping lil n—a we ain’t see you slap nothing yet.”
Ab-Soul has been going back and forth with Joey Bada$$, Ray Vaughn, and battle rapper Daylyt.
Ab-Soul has not publicly addressed Akademik’s heated livestream.
