Reality TV star Phyna has reached out to Big Brother Naija Season 10 winner, Imisi with words of encouragement.
Naijaonpoint reports that she advised her colleague not to handle her family problems the way she did.
She reflected on her own difficult family experiences, explaining that challenges can be painful but also a chance to grow stronger.
Recall that Phyna opened up on the rift with her own family, saying she felt disconnected and unrecognized since childhood.
She even publicly dropped her family surname, Otabor, citing unresolved issues and a lack of belonging.
Her father had expressed disappointment at her distance, while Phyna said the way she was treated growing up forced her to be independent and resilient.
Drawing from her experience, Phyna urged Imisi to focus on herself, build resilience, and not let the situation break her spirit.
She wrote: “To Imisi, @imisiofficial and to anyone walking through the same fire… I’m praying for your strength. My own experience broke me, but I’m slowly rising. And I’m rooting for you with everything in me, don’t handle it like I did, build strong and focus on you baby girl.”
Her message came days after actor Ijebu called on Imisi to reconcile with her mother.
