Double celebration for Paul Okoye’s wife as daughter turns 6 months on Mother’s Day

It is a double celebration for Ifeoma Okoye the wife of music star Paul Okoye as her daughter turns 6 months today, March 30th, 2025.

Taking to her Instagram page, Ifeoma noted that today is her first official Mother’s Day and that her daughter is turning six months old. The mum of one, who can’t believe her double blessings, asserted that God is good.

“It’s been 6 months! Wow! God is good! And my first official Mother’s Day”.

Kemi Filani reported in October that Paul and Ifeoma had welcomed their first child, a baby girl in the United States. Confirming the news, Paul Okoye had shared an adorable video of his older children with his ex-wife, Anita Okoye, meeting their new sibling. He revealed that the past months had been filled with joy in his family, and it was the sweetest period in their lives.

During the festive season, Ifeoma unveiled their daughter’s face and name as she reflected on 2024. She stated that her daughter was the best gift that God gave her, as she expressed gratitude to 2024 for being amazing.

In the first week of January, Paul and Ifeoma dedicated their child to God at Elevation Church, Lagos. The singer and his wife, alongside his elder brother, Jude Okoye and his wife were present at the event. Noticeably absent were Peter Okoye and his wife.

Last year was no doubt a blessed one for Ifeoma as apart from getting pregnant, she got married. Kemi Filani reported in May that Paul traditionally married her in a low-key wedding in her hometown in Igbere, Abia State, with her family.

Since her relationship with Paul was made public, the influencer has received criticism from online users. Addressing it, she spoke on the ills of being the girlfriend of a high-profile celebrity, admitting that she gets hurt by the comments she read online about herself, but tries to stay strong. She stated that the most painful of the comments is when she gets called a homewrecker.
