Drake is currently locked in a legal battle with Universal Music Group (UMG). The rapper secured a major win as a judge denied UMG’s motion to halt discovery in his defamation lawsuit. The Canadian rapper’s suit alleges that UMG knowingly promoted Kendrick Lamar’s diss track “Not Like Us,” which contains defamatory content accusing Drake of serious misconduct.
