Dennis Graham, the father of Canadian rapper Drake, was asked about Kendrick Lamar’s recent Grammy sweep.

K.Dot’s “Not Like Us” won every category it was nominated for, including “Record of the Year” and “Song of the Year.”

“I don’t care nothing about that sh-t,” he said when asked about the Compton rapper’s successful night. “That ain’t got nothing to do with me. All the best to him, man. I don’t do that bullsh-t.”

Fans sided with Dennis in the comments.

“I’ve sided with Kendrick particularly for this Rap Battle, but SERIOUSLY, why would you instigate and ask Drake’s father that type of question? His answer was justified and I’d honestly expect any father to answer that way,” one viewer wrote.

“Not Like Us” also won awards for Best Rap Song, Best Rap Performance and Best Music Video.

Fans are waiting to see whether Kendrick will perform the song at the Super Bowl this weekend.

Drake filed a lawsuit against UMG, seemingly attempting to prevent him from performing the hit song at the event…but it is being reported that Kendrick will at least perform the instrumental.
