Drama as Regina Daniels gets exposed for wearing fake Rolex watch

Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has been called out for wearing a fake Rolex watch.

Kemi Filani reported a week back that Regina had shown off her new possession, a Rolex Watch, which she claimed was worth $30,000.

Italian shopping brand T20luxury, in an Instagram post, exposed the actress for wearing a fake Rolex watch. The brand noted how most celebrities rely on their stylist or personal shopper to source their wardrobe and related items. However, they should be able to recognize what counterfeit goods have on society.

The luxury brand encouraged the wife of Ned Nwoko to maintain authenticity, uphold industry standards, and conduct due diligence when acquiring fashion pieces. The brand further urged the actress to ensure that all her items come from verified vendors including working with certified stylists and personal shoppers such as theirs.

We understand that, as a celebrity, you may rely on the expertise of a stylist or personal shopper to source your wardrobe and related items. However, we trust that you recognize the hazard that counterfeit goods have on society, especially given your influential role in the creative industry.

To maintain authenticity and uphold industry standards, we encourage you to conduct due diligence when acquiring fashion pieces. Ensuring that your items come from verified vendors, including working with certified stylists and personal shoppers such as T20Luxury, is essential.

That wasn’t the first time AY was being called out for wearing fake designer items. Some years back, an Instagram user dragged him for wearing a fake designer wristwatch, with proof to back up his claims.

Last year, singer, Lyta was embarrassed online by the CEO of popular clothing brand, Ashluxe for wearing a fake version of his clothing shirt. Reacting to it, Lyta expressed love for the brand despite the public humiliation.

Singer Davido’s elder brother, Adewale Adeleke, had sent a stern warning to the general public over their love for fake designer items. He spoke about how unwise it is to wear fake designers because they’re easy to spot.
