Voters are conducting themselves orderly and queuing while a few unarmed men of the Nigerian Police were on hand to monitor the process. At the location with three polling units of 2, 3 and 11, voters said the process commenced exactly at 8:30am due to the early arrival of INEC staff with materials. “We are in peace and order to elect the next governor,” a voter said. A police man watching the process said, “So far, so good, everything is in order.
