The All Progressives Congress (APC) has reacted to the warning issued by the immediate past governor of Kaduna state, Nasir El-Rufai, to the African Democratic Congress (ADC) Vanguard.

Naijaonpoint reports that El-Rufai, in a post via 𝕏 on Thursday, called out the ADC Vanguard for circulating remarks which did not emanate from him.

... by ADC Vanguard, which has since been deleted, alleged that El-Rufai had accused the President Bola Tinubu administration of corruption and favouritism.

However, El-Rufai, a former Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), stated that he is distancing himself from the statements not because he necessarily disagrees with the message, but because he never made them.

According to him, fabricating statements is not an honest way to represent the party or gain traction and should be stopped.

Reacting to the outburst, the spokesperson for the APC, Felix Morka, took to his social media page to mock the opposition coalition, ADC, and El-Rufai over the lack of coordination, expressing concern about how such a group could rule a country.
