Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing fresh legal troubles. Deonte Nash, a former employee who testified during the hip-hop mogul’s trial earlier this year, has filed a new lawsuit accusing him of years of verbal, physical, and sexual abuse.
Nash worked for Diddy from 2008 to 2018.
In court documents filed this week in California and obtained by PEOPLE, Nash detailed shocking allegations about his time working for the music star. He claims Diddy pinched his nipples, groped him, “grinded” on his groin, and even forced Nash’s hand onto his penis.
Nash, who began working for Diddy at 21, also says he was subjected to “exploitative working conditions,” according to his lawyers, often working overtime and styling Combs’ inner circle without any extra pay.
In the lawsuit, Nash alleges that on one night, when Diddy discovered he had gone to dinner with the rapper’s on-again, off-again girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura. Nash claims Combs slammed him against a car and “violently strangled him.”
Another time, the stylist says, Combs and his security team chased him on a freeway at nearly 100 miles per hour after allegedly pushing him out of Cassie’s apartment. Nash says he didn’t call the cops because he “truly believed that would be a death sentence.”
Nash also describes a 2018 incident in which the disgraced music mogul allegedly pressed up against him in a sexual way while preparing Cassie and Diddy for an event. “This is how I make love to my lady,” Diddy allegedly said, according to the filing. Nash says he “felt very uncomfortable because he could feel Combs’ penis through his shorts.”
