Experts to focus on tech business at summit

Business Network International will host a seminar focused on how businesses can leverage technology to improve efficiency, competitiveness, and innovation.

The event, themed “Leveraging Technologies for Business Growth and Global Expansion”, will take place on December 13, 2024, in Lagos.

In a statement, the Executive Director of BNI for the Abeokuta, Abuja, and Lekki regions, Dr Adebola Olubanjo said the seminar would provide a platform for experts to share insights on technology-driven business strategies.

“We are delighted to provide a platform for business and industry experts to share expert knowledge and strategies on leveraging technology for growth and expansion,” Olubanjo said.

The seminar will address key challenges facing businesses, including economic uncertainty, cyber threats, and rapidly changing consumer behaviours.

“Our goal is to empower businesses with the tools and expertise required to succeed in an increasingly interconnected and competitive global marketplace,” Olubanjo added.

The firm said key topics at the seminar will include customer centricity, the impact of government policies on business owners, and the role of technological innovation in improving business efficiency.

The event will also delve into how emerging technologies can help businesses reduce costs, enhance market delivery, and drive revenue growth.

“Special guest speakers include Ronke Akinluyi, Technical Adviser to the CEO of the Bank of Industry, and Engr. Charles Aladewolu, CEO of Teco Group.

“The seminar will provide a comprehensive overview of the opportunities and challenges businesses will face in the 2025 business landscape,” the statement added.
