Ambassador-designate and former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode has revealed a list of when Nigeria had to intervene to ‘save democracy’ in other African countries.
Fani-Kayode made the list in reaction to Nigeria’s intervention in Sunday’s attempted coup in Benin Republic.
Naijaonpoint reports that the Nigerian Air Force fighter jets bombarded military camps where soldiers who attempted a coup in Benin were regrouping. The military action was confirmed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in a statement on Sunday evening.
