Fat Joe wasn’t impressed by the rap releases this year and says 2024 may well be the worst year for hip-hop…ever.
“I woke up 2024 feeling like [God damnit!] It’s been a horrible yea. I was just having a heated discussion with my people. This might be the worst year ever in hip-hop history type sh-t. This sh-t bad. All our legends, all our mentors getting scrutinized. This is the worst time to be a celebrity in the history of mankind. I’m not sure you guys wanna be celebrities,” he said.
The conversation stemmed from Joe being asked by Math Hoffa about the drama between his close friend, Remy Ma and her estranged husband, Papoose.
Remy Ma has finally gone public with her rumored boyfriend, Eazy the Block Captain.
Remy leaked text messages last week, exposing Pap’s rumored relationship with champion boxer, Claressa Shields.
“I got friends who are filthy rich that wanna be popping and wanna be a celebrity,” Joe added. “I don’t think they want everybody in they sh-t like that. This sh-t crazy out here. This is nuts. The f-cking world done changed on me. It’s f-cking nuts out here. You can’t make it up.”
