The Federal Government on Wednesday arraigned a former Minister of Aviation, Senator Stella Oduah, for alleged N5 billion fraud at the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court, Apo.
The government arraigned the ex-minister on a five-count charge of advance fee fraud and conspiracy.
She was arraigned alongside Gloria Odita.
In the charge filed by the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Tunji (SAN), the government allegedly Oduah diverted funds meant for technical supervision in January 2014.
She, however, denied the charges.
Justice Hamza Muazu granted the defendant bail on self-recognition.
But he stopped Oduah from traveling out of the country without the court permission.
