A fire broke out at the Lagos office of Nollywood actress and entrepreneur Iyabo Ojo.
Naijaonpoint understands that the incident happened on Monday evening, July 8, 2025 at about 7pm.
In a video shared by the actress on her Instagram page, the fire caused some damages to the building.
Although the full extent of the destruction is yet to be determined, Ojo confirmed that some parts of the office were safe.
The mother of two expressed gratitude to the swift response from the Nigerian Fire Service and her staff.
She also disclosed that no lives were lost in the fire, describing it as a tough test that she believes God helped her overcome.
She assured her fans and supporters that with God on her side, she would bounce back stronger.
She wrote: “This just happened today the 8th of July 2025, Around 7pm. My office building caught fire. Thank you to the Nigerian Fire service and my staff for salvaging what was left. Thankfully no lives werelost. The devil tested us today but God said no. With God on my side we will bounce back bigger and better.”
