1. Akor Adams:
The Sevilla striker made an instant impact on his Super Eagles debut, scoring as a substitute in Nigeria’s 2-1 win over Lesotho.
His finishing ability have earned him a spot in Eric Chelle’s likely starting line-up. Adams’ confidence in front of goal makes him one of the players Benin must keep under close watch.
2. Victor Osimhen:
Galatasaray’s talisman may not have scored yet in this World Cup qualifying window, but his record speak volumes. Osimhen was pivotal in Nigeria’s last meeting with Benin, scoring to cancel out Mohamed Tijani’s opener.
