Reality TV star and billionaire heir Terseer Waya, popularly known as Kiddwaya, has opened up about his relationships and gender roles on the Off The Record podcast.
Kiddwaya described his ideal partner as someone who is adventurous and willing to adjust her life to fit into his. “I like girls that are down for whatever, I’m very spontaneous. I could say, ‘Okay babe, I’m booking a flight, let’s go,’ and she needs to say yes. Because I can’t sit still. I don’t want to hear, ‘babe, I’ve got work,” he said.
He added that he would even compensate a partner who skips work for him. “Forget your boss, I’ll pay you whatever he is paying you. If you’re coming into my world, that’s how it works. I’m bringing you into my world and I’m going to give you that treatment.”
Kiddwaya explained that loyalty and flexibility from a woman could make him take the relationship more seriously. “If she has a job and she can take time off for me, we might be one step away from marriage because I place her high because of that,” he stated.
However, his most controversial comment came when he suggested that women should focus on keeping their men. “I think it’s a woman’s job to try and keep a man because girls are always thinking about ‘what if there’s another girl.’ They should be thinking about how to keep the man,” he said.
The remarks have sparked heated debate on social media, with critics accusing him of promoting outdated gender expectations, while supporters say he was simply describing his personal preferences.
