WATCH THE VIDEO HERE THE Benin Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested three suspected fraudsters, Odion Victor, Amos Godwin, and Ayomide Michael, for impersonating Evangelist Chukwuebuka Obi of Zion Prayer Movement Outreach on social media platforms in order to defraud unsuspecting members of the general public. According to a statement released by the agency yesterday, the suspects were arrested after credible intelligence revealed how they allegedly cloned Evangelist Ebuka Obi’s social media accounts and deceived many of his church members into giving money for the treatment of some alleged sick people, sowing seeds for spiritual breakthrough, or special prayers, with the money paid into the fraudsters’ bank accounts. According to the EFCC statement, the three suspects would be charged in court as soon as the investigations are completed.
