WATCH THE VIDEO HERE Governors of the Democratic Party (PDP), are currently holding a closed-door meeting at Oyo State Government Secretariat, Agodi, Ibadan. This medium gathered that the opposition gathered in Oyo to discuss some pressing national issues The meeting, taking place at the Executive Council Chamber, is being headed by the Chairman of the PDP Governors’ Forum and Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Mohammed.Notably absent from from the meeting, is the Vice Chairman of the Forum and suspended Governor of Rivers State, Siminalayi Fubara. As of the time of filing this report, the Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, had yet arrived. Though, he participated in the Sunday night gala, but it was gathered that he had returned to Osun to attend to pressing state matters and is expected back in Ibadan for the meeting
Among the governors already present for the meeting are Senator Douye Diri (Bayelsa), Ahmadu Fintiri (Adamawa), Caleb Mutfwang (Plateau), Pastor Umo Eno (Akwa Ibom), Sheriff Oborevwori (Delta), Agbu Kefas (Taraba), Peter Mbah (Enugu), and Dauda Lawal (Zamfara).
