G Herbo is opening up about the passing of late rapper Juice Wrld, who tragically passed away in 2019 after accidentally overdosing on pills.
Juice WRLD passed away from a seizure caused by an accidental overdose of prescription pills on December 8, 2019, at the age of 21. At the time, police were searching his private jet when it landed at Chicago airport, and he later died in the hospital.
“He was just, like, a good-a– kid,” Herbo said on Club Shay Shay. “Even the way he died. You rich as f–k, Juice. You get pulled over by the police and you swallow 50 pills, 40 pills…because he scared. You was gon’ overcome that. Then little pills. [Police] didn’t give a. f–k about that s–t.”
He continued, “It just lets you know how pure he was. He didn’t know no better. That’s what f–ked me up the most. Like, bro, you didn’t even have to do that.”
The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office’s report states that the rapper “died as a result of oxycodone and codeine toxicity,” and “the manner of death is accident.”
