A series of users are reporting a weird lock screen clock bug on their Galaxy S23 devices after updating to the One UI 6.1. The bug reportedly changes the placement and styling of the preset customization done to the clock widget on the screen.
SamMobile discovered another issue on the S23 Ultra where the clock widget’s customization resets unexpectedly. It happens on quite a frequent basis as well, which is very annoying.
Some users report other lock screen bugs as well
It seems that One UI 6.1 has a considerable number of fixes pending for its lock screen section. Some users have previously reported several other errors related to the lock screen. A bug was found where the transparency effect wasn’t applied consistently to notifications and widgets. In other cases, touches or swipes weren’t registered on the first try.
