Nigerian Afrobeat singer, Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman, known professionally as Oxlade, has claimed that Ghana has shown him more love than his country home.

Naijaonpoint reports that Oxlade made known in a recent interview about his decision to feature on the debut album of Ghanaian hip-hop singer, Sarkodie, titled “Oxlade from Africa.”

The singer also clarified his earlier posts on the X platform, where he said some “OGs” were boycotting and blackmailing him.

According to Oxlade, ...s were triggered by his dislike of people trying to play god in the Nigerian music industry.

He said, “If I’m being honest with you, Ghana has shown me more love than Nigeria.

“I hate the mindset of people trying to play god. When they feel like they can determine your trajectory. Sometimes they feel I see them outside and I don’t greet them well.”

In other news, Nigerian singer, Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, better known as Skales, regrets not having baby mamas.

Naijaonpoint reports that Skales, during an interview with BET Africa, revealed that he regretted the situation because he was now the only person surviving in his family’s bloodline.

According to the singer, after the death of his mother, he felt the weight of continuing his family’s bloodline.
