“God gave me my husband, not a man” – BBNaija Queen brags as she shares her husband’s response to a lady questioning his marital status

Big Brother Naija Level Up housemate Queen Mercy Atang is singing the praises of her husband, David Oyekanmi.

In a now-deleted post on her Instagram page, Queen shared a screenshot of her husband’s response to a lady questioning his marital status.

In the message, the lady had reached out to her husband via DM and had inquired if he was still married to Queen, to which he gladly responded that he was.

Bragging, Queen stated that God gave her a husband and not a man, noting how she prayed and fasted to be married. The reality star further noted how many internet users make her explain herself every day, urging them to let her breathe.

“God gave me my husband, not a man. I prayed and fasted to be married. You people make me explain myself 247. It isn’t what a blogger is posting about me, it’s what some of you DM to call about me. Let me breathe”.

Some hours ago, the former reality star recalled how many ladies flooded her husband’s DM badmouthing her and offering him marriage when rumours of their break-up spread online. Sharing a screenshot of the DM a troll sent to her husband body-shaming her, she admonished her critics to feel free to drag but be cautious.

Recall that in October, barely 7 months after their wedding, news circulated online that Queen’s 7-month marriage was on the rock. Kemi Filani noticed that the reality star had unfollowed her husband on Instagram and had deleted all photos of him. To make it worse, she had removed his name from her Instagram bio.

In December, Queen had shut down separation rumors as she reunited with her husband in the UK for Christmas, where she gladly stated that she was performing wifey duties.

Her husband, King David, also proved that all was well between them as he welcomed her home and promised to spoil her.

Just last week, Queen and her husband celebrated their first wedding anniversary. The mother of one revealed that the past year had been a beautiful, eventful, and sometimes challenging journey, but they are learning from each other, overcoming obstacles, and building a life rooted in love and trust. Queen cheered on to more adventures and the pursuit of dreams.
