Nigerian singer Omah Lay has cried out to God as he loses his mind.
On his Snapchat page, he told his Maker to help him as he is losing his mind again. Taking a swipe at the music industry, the award-winning singer slammed contracts, labels, the music business, and his younger self.

While some expressed concern for him, others are rejoicing over getting good music.

While responding to an old tweet of his, in which he spoke about the difficulties he faced while writing a song, Omah Lay said that most of his songs were inspired by his own misery.
In January 2024, Omah Lay took to his Twitter to make a singular request to God. The singer pleaded with his Maker that he needed more money.
In a different news, in an interview last year, the Afrobeat singer recounted how a popular musician had stolen his idea and created an album with it. Omah said he had to remake his album and believed it would be the greatest.
The ‘Soso’ crooner created a stir online following an interview where he admitted that he used to be religious, till he gained fame and started making money and now had backslid. The Damn singer narrated his growing up days in a Christian home and how at some point in his life, he contemplated converting to Islam. Though he was no longer religious, he still believes in God.
