Nigerian disc jockey cum billionaire daughter, Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has lamented about the challenges of transitioning back to normal life after the excitement of her sister, Temi Otedola’s wedding to Afrobeats singer, Mr Eazi.

Naijaonpoint recalls that the wedding event took place across three countries, including Monaco, Dubai, and Iceland.

The white wedding, which took place in Iceland, featured a performance by American singer, John Legend, and was published in Vogue magazine.

In a post via her Instagram page, Cuppy said it has been tough returning to her everyday life in London.

She said, “So I’m back in London. It has been a tough reality check, going back to normal life from Temi’s wedding, take me back to Iceland.”

Meanwhile, British YouTuber and BMX rider, Ryan Taylor, has revealed the reason for his breakup with DJ Cuppy.

Naijaonpoint recalls that DJ Cuppy and Ryan Taylor’s engagement sparked excitement in December 2022, shortly after the pair met during the Gumball 3000 rally.

Taylor proposed to Cuppy after barely a month of dating, and by mid-2023, fans noticed the couple had unfollowed each other on Instagram, hinting at trouble in paradise.

Speaking on the Ladders Podcast, the 32-year-old British boxer reflected on their short-term relationship, stating that specific issues created distance between them.

Taylor claimed that the entertainer showed a lack of interest in working with Nigerians in some professional spaces.

According to him, no contracts or non-disclosure agreements bound him, adding that he walked away from the relationship with only valuable lessons.
