His Excellency, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, GSSRS, the Governor of Rivers State, has approved the appointment of Mr. Austin Ezekiel Hart as Permanent Secretary in the Rivers State Civil Service.
The newly appointed Permanent Secretary will be sworn in by His Excellency, the Governor of Rivers State in due course.
