Govt Begins ATM Card Distribution & Payment for Renewed Hope Cash Transfer Beneficiaries

The Adamawa State Government has released the official schedule for the distribution of ATM cards and payment under the Renewed Hope Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) program.

The initiative, part of the Federal Government’s broader Renewed Hope Agenda, targets vulnerable households with direct financial support aimed at reducing poverty and supporting livelihoods.

According to the announcement, beneficiaries are expected to come along with the following for verification:

  • Their registered phone number

  • National Identity Card (NIN ID)

  • Bank Verification Number (BVN)

“This process is designed to ensure that only verified individuals receive the support, and that the disbursement is smooth and corruption-free,” said a government official.

Official Payment Schedule & Venues for Adamawa State

Below is the breakdown of Local Government Areas (LGAs), dates, and designated venues:

Saturday 19th – Sunday 20th July 2025

  • LGAs: Yola-North, Girei, Song, Gombi

  • Venue: Women Development Centre, Jimeta/Yola

Monday 21st – Tuesday 22nd July 2025

Wednesday 23rd – Thursday 24th July 2025

  • LGAs: Demsa, Numan, Lamurde, Shelleng, Guyuk

  • Venue: Numan Secretariat

Friday 25th July 2025

  • LGA: Mayo Belwa

  • Venue: Mayo Belwa

Saturday 26th July 2025

Monday 28th July 2025

  • LGAs: Hong, Mubi North, Mubi South, Maiha

  • Venue: Mubi South

Important Notice to Beneficiaries

Beneficiaries are urged to stick to their scheduled dates and come early to avoid delays. Officials have emphasized that the distribution process is structured to improve government-to-citizen payment systems and help lift vulnerable Nigerians out of poverty through targeted financial inclusion.
