Gunna was one of dozens of YSL members arrested and charged in a sprawling Atlanta RICO case. Gunna pleaded guilty to a single charge against him and was sentenced to five years in prison. He was released after he was credited with one year of time served and the rest of the sentence was suspended. In a recent interview, he shared that he is still signed to YSL and that nothing has changed. “I’m still signed to YSL,” he told Spotify’s RapCaviar. “I’m still providing. We still pushing. No paperwork has been changed. So it’s like, whatever’s been getting and how we’ve been pushing this sh-t, it’s still going.”
