Who is Habeeb Ogunneye? Born in London on the 12th of November, 2005, Ogunneye is a right-back who has played through the ranks at the Manchester United academy so far in his career. He made his debut for the U-18 team in 2021, aged fifteen and signed his first professional contract a year later and is currently playing for the club’s U-21 side under the tutelage of Travis Binnion. Habeeb can also play as a wing-back as he likes to join the attack and help his team on the offensive side of things. The 18-year-old made his England U-17 debut in 2021 and has three appearances for the Three Lions in total, but also has Nigerian roots and could don the jersey of the Super Eagles in the future.
