The Disney actress was granted a temporary restraining order against the DDG, real name Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., accusing the rapper and Twitch streamer of both physical and emotional abuse. The order mandates that he stay at least 100 yards away from both Bailey and their child, Halo. The order is set to remain in effect until a scheduled court hearing on June 4, 2025. Bailey also asked the judge to order her ex-boyfriend not to be allowed visitation with his son. However, she requested that DDG be given supervised visits with a professional company once a week for six hours while Halo is in Los Angeles. Bailey is also asking the court to prevent DDG from taking their son outside of the county of Los Angeles. Bailey has asked a judge to deny DDG unsupervised visits with their son, Halo, requesting supervised visits once a week for six hours through a professional agency while the child is in L.A. She also wants the court to block DDG from taking Halo outside L.A. County and is seeking a child abduction prevention order, claiming DDG has a history of abuse, hiding the child, and making threats. Bailey’s filing demands that DDG not travel with Halo without her written permission, hand over or avoid applying for passports or key documents, and provide travel plans, contact info, and a return flight if he takes the child out of town. The order expires on June 4, 2025, the date of their next hearing.
