Have You Applied? FEC Approves CLAP Programme

Good News for those who apply for the CLAP program! The Federal Executive Council (FEC) has approved the Creative Leap Acceleration Programme (CLAP) to create the potential to grow the creative and tourism sector.

According to the Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Creative Economy, Hon Hanatu Musawa, CLAP is a national initiative designed to position Nigeria as a global leader in the creative economy. The programme will also provide structured training, mentorship, and funding to help creatives scale their careers.

She further noted that CLAP will empower creatives with skills, mentorship, funding, and access to global opportunities, creating 2 million jobs and driving a $100 billion economy.
