Taking to the micro-blogging platform to vent out, he noted how people will say he is looking for trouble if he comes out to rant over them. Skales noted how he is human and can’t keep ignoring the trolls as he loves his life and pace. He noted how Wizkid sees the constant draggings from his fans but ignores it because he enjoys it and probably bankrolls them. Skales made it clear that he only wants peace and to focus on his career but he can only keep cool for a while. “Now if I vex start to dey rant them go say na me dey look for trouble. I’m human. How do you want me to ignore this shit, and for how long? You can love your Wiz and let me be. I don’t want shit from him. I love my life and pace and I’m doing amazing. And to think that he has seen this shit and he enjoys it and probably bankrolls this niggas. No Wahala! I can only keep my cool for some time. Make I push my show first. I want peace, but war is an option, too. You keep saying ignore my guy. You’re so amongst the people pushing this niggas. When you guys are doing FC shit, you guys should also let these lil niggas know who they should leave alone cos the day my mouth goes run like tap, hmm, make I no talk. How many I wan ignore for fuck sake Because they fucking all over my timeline. I don’t care nor fuck with your guy and it’s more by force. Similarly, Tiwa Savãge had slammed fans of Wizkid, who dragged her for releasing a song the same day as Wizkid. Tiwa slammed them for coming to her timeline to troll her music, as she called them bullies for coming at her while trying to promote her piece. In February, Skales revealed that he wrote the popular upbeat song, WizParty for Wizkid. He also revealed that he had written some of Wizkid’s best songs and also shared how he used to help Wizkid back in the day with his songwriting. A year back, the singer opened up on the constant comparison with Wizkid, who was once his label mate. Skales maintained his cool as he stated that he was also doing well. For him, it is all love and he is still doing great as far as careers go. That wasn’t the first time Skales had addressed the constant comparison. He had opened up in 2021, on how he battled depression after his wedding over Wizkid and the slow pace in his career. He revealed that he had to overcome depression before he could propose to his woman.
