Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has shared a powerful testimony on her healing from addiction and masturbation.
During December 14th Sunday service at Pastor Jerry Eze’s church, she opened up about her dark past and how God healed her from her battles and addiction.
She revealed that she began smoking at the age of 13 due to her father’s influence and smoked for 27 years before the addiction was completely broken. She also revealed that she struggled with alcoholism, often drinking large bottles of Vodka until she passed out, but she said she no longer drinks or smokes.
Tonto further testified that she was delivered from masturbation and healed from severe back pain she endured for 20 years, stating that the pain has completely stopped.
Reflecting on her past, she said she had participated in spiritual practices and worshipped at altars she now believes were not meant for her, adding that she now has clarity about her faith and identity.
She also shared her experience with s3xual encounters in her dreams, claiming that after attending a conference in Ghana, what she described as a spiritual husband disappeared and hasn’t returned.
In January, Tonto shared a touching testimony of God’s miraculous power in her family. While attending Pastor Jerry’s church, she recounted how a prophetic word he made manifested in her family and brought her lost sister to the family.
A few weeks back, Dikeh had reflected on her past life, noting how she went from being a mess to becoming a message. Expressing gratitude to her Maker, she said that where God brought her from, no human should be there.
Since turning 40 in June, it is obvious Tonto has entered a calm stage of her life. The ex-wife of Olakunle Churchill stated that at this stage of her life, nothing anyone says or does can alter her character.
In September, Tonto had opened up on her new era, saying healing made her private and growth made her picky. She added that peace made her unbothered.
In another post, she had responded to a fan who inquired about her love life. She let the fan know she was focused on chasing money and power, not love.
