A Nigerian woman based in Delta State has alleged that she was brutally assaulted by a soldier for wearing a short skirt.

The disturbing claim was made public through a post on TikTok by the user babygift82, who identified herself as the victim.

In one of the videos shared on her page, she is seen showing visible injuries, reportedly sustained from the beating.

The caption of the video reads: “Soldier why? Na only me dey wear short things for this life?” expressing disbelief and distress over the incident.

Several other posts on her page appear to document the aftermath of the assault, showing bruises and other signs of physical abuse allegedly inflicted by the soldier.

As the video began circulating online, it drew widespread attention and sparked outrage among social media users.

Many flooded the comment section to condemn the alleged act and call for accountability.

At the time of reporting, official statements from the Nigerian Army or relevant authorities are yet to be released regarding the incident.
