WATCH THE VIDEO HERE The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) is collaborating with the UNDP-sponsored National Jubilee Fellowship Program (NJFP) to empower Nigerians through a talent empowerment initiative. SMEDAN, established under the SMEDAN Act of 2003, is dedicated to promoting the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Nigeria. It serves as a one-stop shop for MSME development, including micro enterprises, which form the foundation of the SME sector. The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) is a Federal Government initiative co-funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The program acts as a talent incubator, aiming to improve the employability of fresh graduates by providing them with practical, on-the-job skills through a 12-month paid placement in both private and public sector institutions across the country.
