WATCH THE VIDEO HERE Human Rights group, Center for Basic Rights and Accountability Projects have rescued a girls allegedly dumped this morning by the roadside by suspected Yahoo boys ‘ Coordinator the Group Mr.Price Wiro wrote on the group platform “This morning one of my members, Chijioke Enyia informed me about a young girl who was reportedly brought out of a vehicle and abandoned by suspected yahoo boys half nude at building material axis of mile 3 market, Diobu. The sympathizers put her into a drum half filled with water. Though she could not speak but she has been able to write her name and given a number of a supposed relative for the sympathizers to call and they have called the person, the person said they were coming to pick her up” He said “From my experience on the job , I know that sometimes the supposed relative may be her abductors.
I directed my member to call the DPO of Nkpolu Police Division to ensure the supposed relatives coming to pick her up are actually her relatives and to ascertain what actually happened.
The distressed girl has been taken to the station by DPO of Nkpolu Police Station who came with his men while the relatives of the the girl are on their way.
