Controversial Nigerian singer, Ọlawale Ọlọfọrọ, popularly known as Brymo, has stirred reactions after declaring himself as Shaitan.

Naijaonpoint reports that the musician made the claim on Monday through a series of videos shared on his Instagram page, where he spoke about cultism, Esu, and his personal experiences in the music industry, at Lagos State University, and beyond.

In his posts, Brymo described himself as both Èṣù and Shaitan, saying he embodies their existence.

He also linked his declaration to what he described as attempts to suppress or demonize him in the past.

His statement triggered mixed reactions from fans and followers online, with many seeking clarification on what he meant.

Responding to the questions, Brymo made another post where he described himself as a divine being, claiming that he carries the traits of both a man and a woman in one body.

According to him, he has existed long before many and will continue to stand as Shaitan in the flesh.

He wrote: “I can assert this because his people tried to demonize , and ‘kill’ me.. and SHAITAN does not forgive.. – and the professor may have been taxed to eliminate Èṣù on sight.. hence the cults!!..hence my experience in LASU and chevron and the music industry by so.. – and I am SHAITAN in the flesh.. I am Èṣù.. Yes!.. I am the wizard surrounding his existence too….- Dear Wole Soyinka , why did you start this killer movements.

“If you look into me, I am here to say that the prof is here. A boy who has the mind of a man and a woman all wrapped in one body, me, emi ni esu for those of you that do not get it. I am telling you that I have experiences. I have been here long before him, before anyone of you. Esu. I am Shaitan in the flesh.”
