Veteran Nollywood actress, Joke Silva has paid a tribute to her husband, Olu Jacobs as he clocks 83.

The thespian celebrated the veteran actor in a post on her Instagram page on Friday.

She recalled their 45-year journey together from when they first met to now.

She prayed that his twilight years would be filled with peace, strength, and God’s constant presence.

Olu Jacobs remains a revered figure in the Nigerian film industry, known for his contribution to stage and screen.

He has been away from the public eye in recent years due to health challenges.

In 2023, Joke Silva spoke about her husband suffering from dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB), which has been happening for a couple of years.
