Big Brother Naija’s former housemate and actress Bisola Aiyeola, is emotional as her daughter turns 16 today, June 12th.
Taking to her Instagram page to share photos of her mini-me, she revealed that she is emotional as she noted how God has been good and kind to her and her family.
The single mother of one stated that she can’t believe her daughter is grown and revealed that she finally gave her a photo. She questioned if she should share the video of her presenting the phone to her daughter, and share her Instagram handle.
“My princess is 16 today, Fam, and yes, guys, I’m emotional.
God has truly been good and kind to me and my family.
I can’t believe my baby is so grown, guys, and yes, she’s finally gotten her phone.
You people should tell me thank you oooo.

Last year, in an interview with Maria Chike, Bisola opened up on the judgment she received for her strict parenting skills. She revealed that people felt she was being overprotective by not allowing her daughter to use a phone until she was 16. Aiyeola recalled an incident when she caught her daughter opening a smart chat account and had to discipline her.
In a recent interview, Bisola recounted how her mother stood by her during her pregnancy. She admitted that her mother was emotional and sad when she learned of her pregnancy, but she kept to her word of sticking by her side.
In 2022, Bisola opened up on the challenges of being a single mother and how her wedding didn’t hold after the marriage proposal. She said nursing her baby was a huge challenge as she fed her with garri and used her mom’s old scarves, gentle, iro and Buba, as diapers.
