“I can’t contain my joy; you finally got your answer” – Anita Joseph rejoices with colleague Chizzy Alichi as she announces pregnancy, 5 years after marriage

Nollywood actress Anita Joseph has joined the thousands of people rejoicing with her colleague, Chizzy Alichi, over the news of her pregnancy.

Kemi Filani reported on Friday evening that the actress had announced her pregnancy as she shared maternity photos. Chizzy stated that God makes everything beautiful in His time.

Taking to her Instagram page to rejoice with her, Anita said she couldn’t contain her joy as she congratulated Anita. She noted how God makes things beautiful in His own time as she expressed gratitude to Him.

Anita noted how Chizzy finally got her answer.

Similarly, Mercy Johnson recalled crying when Chizzy told her she was pregnant. Congratulating her on her new journey, Mercy stated that her joy is full.

A year ago, Anita Joseph responded to a fan who criticised her for not having children with her husband, MC Fish. The troll told her to bear kids for him and went on to sarcastically pray for her. But rather than slam the troll, Anita replied, “It’s well.”

In another post, she slammed those who criticized her for not being pregnant for her man. The Anambra State movie star described such people as being naughty and silly. She added that she has built an armour around herself.

Last year, the couple celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary. In her anniversary message, Anita noted how people said her marriage wouldn’t last 2 months, yet it had been 4 years and they are still going strong. She further noted how people placed bets on their marriage and said they were only pretending, but God proved them wrong.

Since the movie star confirmed her relationship with the entertainer and walked down the aisle with him, many have been criticising their union. A troll had even alleged that she caged her husband, and Anita, responding to her, told her to do the same and see where it would end.

She had also questioned why many were against her union as she noted how she isn’t the only married celebrity in Nigeria. Anita stated that her marriage was sealed because it was built on the rock of God.
